PM Narendra Modi on Monday lauded the Indian scientists for successfully developing two indigenous Covid-19 vaccines and said the country is on the verge of starting the “largest” vaccination programme in the world. The PM dedicated the ‘National Atomic Timescale’, and ‘Bhartiya Nirdeshak Dravya’ to the nation, and laid the foundation stone of the ‘National Environmental Standards Laboratory’.
