Both Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor have said that Rishi Kapoor was not a good dancer and that, in fact, the actor had two left feet. Choreographer-turned-filmmaker Remo D'Souza, who has choreographed Ranbir Kapoor, said that the late veteran actor made up for it with his enthusiasm. "He was very energetic although both he and Neetu said that he had two left feet--I feel he had the most powerful energy any dancer could have. That was the best part of him and it was that energy that created magic on screen. He has a super sense of rhythm and was very graceful and that made him look like a professional dancer,'' insists Remo.
