‘Intermeddlers have no business' in Rakesh Asthana case: Solicitor General

During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, opposed both the petitions, arguing that “intermeddlers” and “professional PIL petitioners” cannot be allowed to challenge the appointment of the Gujarat-cadre IPS officer as Delhi Police Commissioner.
