Strict action against fertiliser hoarders: Mandaviya

Amid reports of farmers facing shortage of fertilisers, Union chemical and fertiliser minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Monday appealed to farmers not to hoard fertilizers and also warned strict action against black marketeers.
