BrahMos unit chief, others may face action over ‘misfire’

The Commanding Officer (CO) of the BrahMos unit, which “accidentally fired” the supersonic cruise missile that crashed 124km inside Pakistan on March 9, and a few others are likely to face disciplinary action for the grave operational lapse that could have triggered a retaliation from across the border.
