Indigenous towed artillery guns complete firing trials, paving way for induction into Army

India’s big new gun has boomed much more successfully this time. Summer firing trials of the advanced towed artillery gun systems (ATAGS), developed by DRDO with production partners Tata Advanced Systems and Bharat Forge, were completed at the Pokhran field firing ranges over the last week.
