Centre asks states to 'universalise access' to nutrition to keep migrant children in anganwadi fold

This implies that a child enrolled at any anganwadi across states will be able to avail of the same services and get the cooked meals and rations at a centre in another district of the same state or in a different state by citing the Aadhaar-enabled registration details available on the Poshan platform.
