Withdraw ‘unwarranted’ remarks against Nupur Sharma: Priest’s plea to CJI

Within hours of a torrent of critical observations against Nupur Sharma by the Supreme Court for her alleged blasphemous statements on the Prophet, a Hindu priest sent a letter petition to the Chief Justice of India seeking withdrawal of the “unwarranted” comments, which he said could vitiate the trial of the former BJP spokesperson.
