J&K terrorism will be finished in a year: LG Sinha

Terrorism will be rooted out from J&K within a year, lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha said Saturday at an Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav event held by the Dal Lake in Srinagar. As he spoke that the path to permanent peace may be daunting but the goal is achievable, terrorists threw a grenade at a security picket in the city’s downtown area, wounding sub-inspector Parvez Rana of CRPF’s 161 Battalion.
