Mallikarjun Kharge: Man for all seasons for Congress

Mallikarjun Kharge will only be the second politician from Karnataka — after S Nijalingappa in 1968-69 — to become the national chief of the grand old party, if he wins the Congress presidential polls slated for October 17.
