Air still severe: BS-3 petrol, BS-4 diesel cars banned

As the capital’s air quality remained at the highly toxic “severe” category for the second straight day on Friday, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal announced closure of all primary classes from Saturday and prohibited outdoor activities for students of other classes till further orders.
