SC recalls order of 8% interest cap on delayed dues by Noida builders

In a major blow to real estate companies in Noida and Greater Noida, the Supreme Court on Monday recalled its 2020 order by which interest rate to be charged by Noida and Greater Noida authorities was capped at 8% for delayed payment by builders who were charged in the range of 15-23% as per their agreement with authorities.
