Two judges can’t rule on same-sex marriage: Sushil Modi

Demanding that legal sanction should not be provided to 'same-sex marriage', which was against the country's cultural ethos and values, BJP member Sushil Modi said in Rajya Sabha on Monday that 'two judges' can't just sit together and decide on such a socially significant subject.
