Sharad Pawar says NCP to back BJP-allied Nagaland govt

NCP chief Sharad Pawar declared support to the NDPP-BJP government led by Neiphiu Rio in Nagaland, saying they had an "understanding" with Rio prior to the electios. NCP has 7 MLAs and pre-poll allies NDPP and BJP have 37 in the Nagaland House of 60. "We have joined hands with Rio, not with BJP," he added.
