7.6k new Covid-19 cases, positivity rate dips to 3.6% from 8.4%

The country had reported 9,111 fresh Covid-19 cases on Monday, slightly lower than Sunday's 10,093, mainly due to lower testing.Monday's Covid toll was 24, while three deaths were reconciled by states - Gujarat recorded the maximum six deaths, followed by Uttar Pradesh with four.
