Gujarat man dies after alleged police torture

Kalu Padharsi (30), a daily-wager from Gujarat's Botad, died Sunday of intra-cerebral haemorrhage suffered during alleged assault by three cops in custody last month, even as the Gujarat HC heard a petition by his father seeking action against the cops.
