States race to get people out of Manipur, some on special flights

The governments of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, UP, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand are moving swiftly to reach out and bring home their people left stranded in Manipur where ethnic clashes claimed over 50 lives since May 3.
