Bombay HC grants bail today to last of the 36 accused in 2020 NCB case

Anuj Keshwani, a co-accused in the drug possession case involving Rhea Chakrabarty and the late Sushant Singh Rajput, has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Keshwani was arrested in 2020 for possessing a commercial quantity of drugs. The court noted that he is the last of the accused to be granted bail, with 35 others already released. The trial is expected to be lengthy, with 160 witnesses to be examined. Keshwani's bail was granted based on a Supreme Court order for another co-accused.
