Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil ended his fast after receiving a glass of juice from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and a draft notification granting the Kunbi certificate to male relatives of Marathas with Kunbi lineage. The draft also includes sage soyare as eligible for the certificate.
