J&K Bar Association ex-chief held for killing of lawyer by terrorists

Former J&K HC Bar Association president Mian Abdul Qayoom Bhat arrested for Babar Qadri's murder. The case transferred to Jammu court amid a Rs 10 lakh reward for information.
