The National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached property belonging to Adil Manzoor Langoo, a key suspect in the February killing of two migrant workers in Srinagar. Langoo, linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba offshoot The Resistance Front (TRF), was arrested with two others.
